Westwind Subdivision – Alligator Creek
New Braunfels, Texas
This was part of a master planned development for Heritage Development. This 155 acre 537 lot residential development is located in north New Braunfels. We performed the hydrologic analysis of approximately 6,000 acres of the Alligator Creek Watershed just upstream of I.H. 35 and the hydraulic analysis of approximately 4,000 linear feet of Alligator Creek. The flood plain reclamation of consisted of 12 acres with shallow flooding. Our construction plans included the submittal to FEMA for LOMR.
