Developed by Country Communities, The Ranches of Brushy Top is an expansive 2000 acre community with 5 to 500 acres ranch estates. There are 2 large, stocked lakes, hilltop views and long winding roads. Matkin Hoover Engineering & Surveying designed the 7 mile rural county road sections within the subdivision. Our scope of services has included; the land planning and subdivision platting, the design of a master drainage plan, and coordination of underground electric for The Ranches of Brushy Top. We also helped coordinate and facilitate the design of the beautiful “covered bridge” entrances providing an appealing, Hill Country charm.
