Consuming over 300 acres, The Heights of Kerrville has been developed to create unique living environment within the City of Kerrville with beautiful views of the Hill Country. Matkin Hoover Engineering & Surveying began land planning and surveying in 2007 for the 57 spacious home sites in this exclusive, gated community. We performed professional civil engineering services including; civil construction documents, the construction design of a water booster station and storm water detention facilities for this development.
