O’Reilly Center is a commercial retail site in Round Rock, Texas that houses a 7,000 square foot O’Reilly’s Auto Parts Store and 3,000 square feet of speculative retail space. Our office was successfully responsible for the coordination with corporate, architects and the City of Round Rock to develop a working site plan that met with strict City requirements for the 1.1 acre tract. We were also responsible for obtaining approvals for a complete set of civil construction plans and specifications.
