Oak Creek Estates is a master-planned community of 647 lots on 200 acres located inside New Braunfels city limits. Oak Creek Estates will have a new elementary school, a 50 acre park along a natural greenbelt preserve and an amenity center which will have a swimming pool, basketball courts, a soccer field, and a nature trail. Matkin Hoover Engineering & Surveying provided land planning and utility master planning services along with drainage and flood plain studies. Our office coordinated with the City of New Braunfels on underground utilities including electricity and natural gas. We have prepared construction plans for curbs & gutter, streets, water, sanitary sewer and a Tx-Dot deceleration lane. With new phases being developed, we are continuing to provide our services on this project.
