Keystone is a very diverse development in the heart of Kerrville. Keystone is made up of single family homes, garden homes, larger estate home sites and retail tracts. Matkin Hoover Engineering & Surveying provided land planning and feasibility studies along with annexation and zoning for this multi-use community. We were also responsible for designing the street, drainage and utility infrastructure including a water booster station and storm water detention facilities. Our team also provided construction administration for this project.
