The Kerrville Gateway is a 66-acre proposed commercial development at the south east corner of Sidney Baker and IH-10 in Kerrville, Texas. The development will consist of a large anchor retail store, a multi-screen movie theater, and several smaller retail stores and pad sites. We have developed a comprehensive master plan for the project and addressed numerous challenges concerning the acquisition of FEMA flood plain and the large amount of earthwork involved with the development.
