This 7.6 acre multiple use development which includes a 18,000ft2 building, 70,000ft2 of mini-storage, and an 8 bay carwash facility. We performed the design layout for the water main, private fire appurtenances, grading and sanitary sewer. We were also responsible for designing the approximately 217,000ft2 of parking and drive aisles.
