Fortress Church

The Fortress church project consists of the expansion of an existing 11 Acre church campus in northwestern San Antonio. The development includes the addition of a multipurpose building (11,000 SF), a classroom (2,600 SF), building pads for future classrooms as well as adjacent parking to serve the new facilities. The existing buildings utilize an on-site septic system; with the development we are coordinating the extension of a sewer main to the site to serve both the proposed and existing buildings. In addition to construction documents we are providing a Drainage Study, Traffic Impact Analysis, TPDES Storm Water Pollution Plan, and Construction Administration.
