Matkin Hoover Engineering & Surveying provided land planning and surveying services for this 894 acre sanctuary just west of Boerne. Estancia has estate sized lots ranging from 5 to 25 acres. The property features pristine ponds, waterfalls and hillside creeks along with exclusive amenities such as equestrian arena, fitness center, soccer fields and entertainment facilities. Our office also provided a vast array of civil engineering services from construction administration to flood studies including coordination with Kendall County on street and drainage design. In addition, we worked with Bandera Electric Cooperative on providing underground utilities. Our main objective was to help maintain the beauty of the Hill Country in this development.
