Comanche Trace, an exclusive residential development surrounding an 27 hole golf course located just south of Kerrville on Highway 173 was originally developed in 2000. We have been retained to land plan all future phases of development and perform all professional civil engineering services. We have completed nine phases and the villa project and are currently working on future land planning and civil services for a future villa project.
