Matkin Hoover Engineering & Surveying prepared construction documents for the utility and road extensions required to serve the future Christus Santa Rosa Hospital. This included design of a major thoroughfare as per the City of Boerne’s Major thoroughfare plan and coordination with TxDOT for modifications to an existing traffic signal. In addition we prepared and submitted a detailed flood study to FEMA in order to more accurately define the existing 100 year floodplain and determine the 100 and 500 year base flood elevations for Menger creek.
