Centex Homes is one of the largest residential developers in the San Antonio area. Matkin Hoover has worked on various developments with Centex, most notably Boerne Heights and Kendall Creek Estates. These two subdivisions included 350 residential lots and required off-site utility extensions with borings of I-10 for water and sewer. Matkin-Hoover was responsible for the land planning, zoning, plotting, construction documents, and construction administration for each phase of development.
