The Broken “O” Ranch is a 5000 acre master-planned community in Kendall County which will have up to 900 homesites. This development will include high-end residential ranchettes, a golf course, an equestrian center and a cluster of garden homes which are surrounded by rolling, tree-covered hills, live springs and lakes. Matkin Hoover Engineering is currently in the process of land planning, feasibility, and entitlement. In addition, we have also provided flood studies, traffic impact analysis and subdivision platting.
