Boot Ranch is a Hal Sutton signature golf course that is located 4 miles outside of Fredericksburg, Texas. This project consists of approximately 2,500 acres of rolling hill country terrain. Matkin Hoover Engineering & Surveying was retained by the Hal Sutton Management group to landplan the residential development including the 18 hole golf course, multi-million dollar club house, all residential lots, and casitas village. We were responsible for all due diligence including water availability, environmental issues and off-site utility infrastructure extensions. Matkin Hoover Engineering & Surveying was also responsible for working with the City of Fredericksburg to extend the water and sewer main 4 miles from the city to the site of Boot Ranch.
