Included in Mays Crossing Retail Center, a multi-phase commercial development along the I-35 corridor in Round Rock, Texas. Phase I and II of this project included over 83,000ft2 of retail space with Big Lots as the Main Anchor for the development. Our office coordinated and developed a workable site plan for all parties. Our office was also responsible for all dimensional control, paving, drainage, water, fire, sewer, gas and electrical improvements for the site.
