Matkin Hoover Engineering and Surveying has worked diligently in recent years to gain knowledge and valuable experience by performing civil design and land surveying services for numerous Department of Defense projects located worldwide.
Our past experience to analyze and interpret information found in Solicitations (for USACE, AFCEE, VA, etc.) design-build projects makes us a valuable member of the design team. MHES works closely with all the design and construction team members to prepare improved bidding documents for both technical and pricing submittal packages. Project bidding services include the preparation of enhanced site, grading, and utility plans based on government plans, specifications, and regulations presented with the RFP documents. Additionally, we prepare technical narratives, specifications, and construction quantity information to aid in construction pricing. We work with the entire project team from start to finish and we take pride in the success of them all.
